Islamabad
United:
This group is in the
grip of Misbah ul Haq. Islamabad United battled with genuine desire and won the
first season of PSL. Each group has the soul to win, however this group
demonstrated it’s every power and their work. This group showed their batting
abilities by winning the last season.
Peshawar
Zalmi:
Under the captaincy of
Boom Boom Shahid Afridi, this group got massive love and response from the
cricket fans in the previous season. Their preparations were frightful and
criteria of the determination made everybody stressed in the last season. In
this season the knot of Peshawar Zalmi will be in the hands of Darren Sammy.
Karachi
Kings:
This group had been a
danger for every team because of its best players in the previous season. It
comprises of world class players of cricket like Imad Hassan, Hassan Ali, and
Ravi Bopara who made Karachi King look sufficiently solid.
Quetta
Gladiators:
Quetta Gladiators
are working under the control of Pakistan's Wicket-Keeper and batsman Sarfraz
Ahmad. This group was the most dangerous group of the league because of its
best batsman and bowler group. They reached the finals in the previous season
but did not manage to win the league but they are all set once again to show
their class.
Lahore
Qalandars:
Lahore Qalandars was
the weakest team in the previous tournament and was the first team to be out
from the league but this time they are having a lot of practice sessions and
they are all set to show their competitors that they are no less than them.
This season Brendon McCullum has taken the charge of Lahore Qalandars and all
set to entertain the fans with their magnificent batting and bowling.
The PSL draft for 2017 has been declared on 19th
October 2016. Pakistan cricket board has reported that Bredon of New Zealand and
Eoin of England have effectively dedicated to play in the competition. So
simply prepare for new undertakings and happenings in PSL group in the coming
year. PSL is seen as a turning point not just for country cash-strapped cricket
board but also to the young players who missed the opportunities in the past to
play and learn from highly qualified international players. If PSL keeps on
coming in the regular intervals it might not be wrong to say that it will
become the third largest league.
