"Be the first person to spread positivity"

When you feel sad, troubled, exhausted and find no way to get rid from the situation then try to think any positive point from the situation. If you wont succeed in first attempt try to do it again and again. At certain point you will achieve your goal :)
Secondly, always care for those who cares for you and even for those who do not care about you... because that thing will differentiate YOU from them. Maybe that can change their attitude towards you!
Doing this activity do not only give you a solution but it will make you feel relax and happy
